INTRODUCTION

•     伴随机械制造业的不断发展与进步，工具建设设备的需求量不断增大，对发动机这一核心设备的要求也在不断提高，康斯特双缸发动机便因此而诞生。

•     本次设计难点在于康斯特双杠发动机作为专业类的产品，其对外观设计的限定颇多，需要满足内部功能实现、空间预留、装配方式、拆件、模具工艺等方面的要求，其中导风罩设计在风道空间上的预留尺寸尤为苛刻。

•     在保留产品的强劲动力的基础上，我们运用埃及法老雕像的元素，赋予其区别于其他竞品的独特与稳重的外观造型，并且为其添加了独特的优雅气质，使产品动中有静，体现出该产品的卓尔不群。

•     With the continuous development and progress of the machinery manufacturing industry, the demand for tool-making equipment is increasing, and so is the demand for the engine as the core equipment. This is the background on which Const double cylinder engine is developed.


•     The difficulty of the design is that as a professional product, there are a lot of restrictions on appearance design for Const, which needs to meet the requirements on internal function realization, space reservation, ways of assembly, spare parts, molding technology, etc., among which the reserved dimension for the wind scooper in the air duct space is particularly harsh.


•     On the basis of retaining the strong power of the product, we apply the elements of Egyptian pharaoh statues to give it a unique and stable appearance different from those of other competing products, and endow the product with a unique elegant temperament as well, so that the product looks static in motion, reflecting its distinction.
